Middlesex based IT company requires a field sales executive to come on board and develop new areas of business. Selling a wide range of servers, IT software and hardware into a cross section of industries including telecomms, financial, legal and public services. The new business sales process will involve self generation of leads, candidate will book a face to face appointment with the decision maker – typically the IT Manager, IT Director, FD or MD. During initial meeting a fact find will be carried out to establish existing provider, candidate will need to dig out any issues they may have with the product in order to establish the NEED. Candidate will then run through the range of solutions that they could provide. If the sales process gets overly technical there are experts on hand to go along to any meetings. The sales cycle typically last 2 or 3 meetings before closure. Order values range from GBP5k through to GBP50k. The ideal candidate will have; excellent communication skills, be ambitious and hard working, full driving license and own car (a mileage allowance will be given with the possibilities of company cars being introduced in the future). Offering an excellent package GBP20-GBP25k basic with excellent OTE potentials of GBP60k plus with fantastic opportunities for career development.
