Senior Software Development Engineer required to develop high performance virtual embedded development platforms for use by software developers and major chip manufacturers world-wide. This will involve modelling of state of the art CPU's, peripherals and embedded platforms based on my clients unique technology.
Degree educated in Computer Science or Electronics (preferably 1st or upper second class honours), you will have excellent programming skills including practical usage of C and C++. Experience and skills including MFC, Assembler or Windows Driver Development knowledge would be advantageous and it is preferred that you have some hardware knowledge or embedded systems experience.
The progressive and cutting edge nature of the technology involved means that you will be modelling devices that will form the basis of the next generation consumer electronic devices, before their silicon is even available. You will be required to work closely with leading companies in the embedded market to integrate development tools and operating systems with the virtual platforms you develop.
