Our client is one of the leading UK authors of ERP software for the manufacturing industry. They are dedicated to the development, implementation and support of their market-leading software, providing total business solutions for their customers.
Due to expansion, they are now seeking to grow their Telemarketing team, introducing clients to the benefits their software can offer.
The Role:
- Telemarketing role, following up sales leads, introducing the software to the client and securing appointments for sales demonstrations.
- Generating sales leads through telephone conversations, email and the internet.
- Marketing and demonstrating the software to potential clients at exhibitions and demonstrations.
The Person:
- Knowledge and commercial experience of a manufacturing environment, especially using manufacturing ERP systems, ideally EFACS.
- Outgoing, confident and a skilled communicator, you will be happy talking over the phone, with the ability to clearly describe and explain software systems.
- Ability to understand technical software and explain its benefits to manufacturing customers.
