BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER–IT SALES–SOFTWARE and VALUE ADDED SERVICES X 3
Our business is the recruitment of Telecoms/IT Sales peopleOur client is the largest IT supplier in the Primary health care market. They are an innovative IT provider delivering comprehensive solutions and services to the NHS Primary health care market.
Key responsibility for Business Development Manager
• Ensure identification and maximisation of all new business opportunities to non-users. •
• Responsibilities •
To present and sell all their products, projects and related services to all potential customers
• To continuously assess and prioritise potential markets and customer base to ensure effective use of resources and to maximise returns
• Generating marketing campaigns, maximise conversion to leads, (including cold calling and telephone follow up activities)
• Build and maintain relationships with all key personnel within all potential customers, and act as a point of contact for all new business opportunities
• Define and maintain new business sales strategies, identifying all new opportunities and new accounts/markets
Skills
• Motivated self-starter – home worker/independent, work on own initiative/organiser/IT literate. Flexible approach to working hours
• Min 2 years proven customer facing sales ability – ideally in IT solution sales
• Account and territory management experience/Time management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Able to present and demonstrate solutions/IT at all levels •
• Excellent Communication skills

• Excellent negotiations and problem solving skills.
• Good business acumen
• Healthcare market knowledge
Salary
Basic GBP35,000 to GBP40,000. Bonus scheme additional GBP10K OTE
Visa/Work Permits
It is essential that all candidates are residents of the UK, have B2B client facing experience in the UK, and are authorised to work in the UK.
Locations
• Eastern Cluster – based ideally Mid Northamptonshire
• Southern Cluster – based around Wiltshire
• North West/West Midlands Cluster – based on M6 corridor
