TELESALES EXECUTIVES
The Position
¨ Delivering a high level of customer service to ongoing accounts
¨ Processing orders
¨ Handling order queries
¨ Dealing with weekly sales order for existing accounts
¨ Promoting specific sales to existing accounts outbound and inbound calls
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
¨ Be a team player
¨ Have initiative and an outgoing personality
¨ Possess good communication
¨ Have excellent organisation and keyboard skills
¨ Have the ability to meet deadlines and targets
¨ Previous experience in a Telesales Call Centre/Customer Service environment would be an advantage, as would knowledge of the drinks industry, however full training will be given.

37.5 hrs per week
Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm
Saturday and Sunday rota
