TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Salary: GBP17.5K OTE GBP40K Uncapped Comm, Benefits
Location: MANCHESTER
Job Description:
THE PACKAGE
• GBP17,500 Basic
• GBP40k OTE 1st year
• Uncapped commission
• 6 Monthly revenue targets with rewards being cars!!
• Incentives i.e. trips to Miami etc
THE POSITION
An office based Trainee Recruitment Consultant position with responsibilities of sourcing your own jobs and placing candidates within them. You will provide IT people or anyone related to the IT industry with positions throughout London. Initially it will be 100% new business but will be less once your portfolio has been built. There are no firm set targets first month but you will be expected to spend 90% of the time on the phone, and doing 8 clients visits per month.
