Senior New Business Sales Executive. GBP30k - GBP35k basic, 1st year OTE GBP50k (uncapped) Benefits. North London based. Leading Direct Mail Marketing Company requires 3 Senior New Business Developers. You must have at least 3 / 4 years plus experience in the direct mail market. Following a number of successful acquisitions and investment in a new production facility ( capable of producing 1 million items per day)my client are now going through a period of growth. Currently all business development and sales are handled by a central team however they now looking to invest in a new sales team to specifically focus on this new division. You will need to have a proven track record of winning and developing new business within the direct mail market. This opportunity offers management potential as currently there is a flat management structure in place, and as the team grows a manager will be promoted from within. Initially will report directly to the Managing Director and be expected to identify and targeting major organisations with national / international mail requirements and identify / exploit lucrative market areas. You will retain ownership of all accounts won and be able to manage and develop them. They would also be very happy to consider recruiting an already established team who would be willing to move together.
