Duties will include:
· Maintaining relationships with internal staff and customers
· Ensuring that all post and calls are processed in line with service level agreements
· Working effectively at team level to support the team in meeting its objectives and goals on a day to day basis
· All other admin duties including updating account information and processing customer statements within agreed timescales.
· Supervision of Administration team
