Working for this Global Financial player your role will be to develop,train,manage and deliver the Value Based Selling programme in house and participating in the development and delivery of the training and to lead, manage and train the training specialists.You must have proven sales managment and training experience gainrd within the financial markets,experience in developing and delivering classroom training,including training needs analysis,delivery skills,e-learning etc,proven ability to train and manage the global sales training specialists..... You will be working with Huthwaite, Siebel and Speakers International to ensure the courses as well as the teams skills are up to date and meet the companies required standard (experince in this area is essential)
