Following a strategic review, we are now looking for a highly talented and ambitious business development professional to join the senior management team and really help drive the business forward.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a superb track record in a competitive business to business environment, perhaps, although not necessarily, with some experience within a professional services or training organisation. More important than specific background are excellent communication skills, a strong intellect and the credibility to establish trust and develop relationships at the most senior levels. Determined and resilient, the ideal candidate will display a “can do” mindset and thrive in a role which tests their interpersonal, organisational and business development skills to the full.
Reporting to the Group MD, initially the role will primarily be office based with more external exposure in line with increasing development and experience.
