Our client, are an innovative marketing communications agency that specialise in outsourced services based in Old Hemel and are looking for a telemarketing executive to work business to business.
Our client, are looking for candidates with telemarketing experience to join their high calibre team and work with their clients in the IT, vehicle fleet and hospitality industries. Key functions of the role will involve working on specific campaigns and communicating by telephone to achieve optimum results on each project. Candidates must be able to carry out strategic business conversations with director level personnel within medium to large corporations to support clients marketing campaigns. Making appointments for client’ sales force and following up invitations for attendance at events will also be involved. Meeting with clients for briefing on campaigns and the creation of briefing documents for clients will need to be produced.
The ideal candidate will need to have worked within a dynamic telesales/telemarketing environment, must be resilient and self motivated and have an understanding of business and IT issues. Strong communication skills are a must with the ability to work in a high pressured environment.
Candidates will also need to be conversant in word, excel and powerpoint and have worked with CRM packages.
