An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Engineer / ISE, who will provide Technical Sales Support for my client at their headquarters which are located in Hertfordshire near St Albans. My client is one of the world's few companies with a complete range of sensor equipment for industrial applications, supplying Industrial Sensors, and sensors for Safety Systems, Environmental Monitoring and Auto Identification.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer who will provide technical sales support for clients and their colleague sales co-ordinators. You will liaise closely with area sales engineers to discuss activity within their particular sales area and provide them with technical and application support. This could involve carrying out various tasks but generally on occasion will involve accompanying the area sales engineers on site visits to demonstrate products to clients. The Internal Sales Engineer will help provide customers with technical and application support along with price & delivery information and solutions to their application requirements.
Preferably you will have previous internal sales experience from working in a technical sales role along with previous account management experience. You will hold an electrical qualification as this will be essential for this position. You will posses an excellent telephone manner and be confident at providing technical support. Cable of work individually or as part of a team you will be PC literate and have an accurate eye for detail.
