Our client, a risk and advisory organisation specialising in the building of innovative products catered for the risk management industry currently have a requirement for a technical sales support specialist. You will be seen as a trusted advisor to the sales force and clients regarding the resolution of technical or product issues that affect the sales or instillation of these products. You will perform technical presentations for customers and deliver technical updates. To be suitable for this role you will be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills and have 4/5 years pre-sales experience. A good understanding of browser based applications, installation and operations is required. Some knowledge of risk management is an advantage. Strong communication skills required as is a hunger and desire to progress through this expanding company.
