Inside Sales Manager / Team Leader
Lowestoft, Suffolk, East Anglia
20k Base, 35k OTE plus Benefits
Our client has grown to become a leading contender in the field of outsourced services. With operations throughout the UK and outsourcing solutions to fit every business sector they are on target to reach there global goals. Due to continued growth within their East Anglia office they are now seeking to add an additional Sales Manager to the team.
As an Inside Sales Manager you will hold overall responsibility for 18 sales executives including 2 team leaders. Daily task will include: team management, motivation, direction, recruitment, reporting and above all daily communication with external clients regarding current/ongoing outsourced projections. Reporting direct into the client you will deliver a successful sales proposition in a timely manner that is set to continually achieve above expectation.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous sales / telesales experience with considerable exposure to team leadership / management. You will be ready to step into a management position and posses the ability to motivate, lead, direct, report and recruit for a leading outsourced solution provider. This role will require, commitment, dedication and above the motivation to lead by example, train and nurture the teams career path.
In return for commitment and experience you can expect a base salary circa 20k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 35k plus a benefits package.
