Due to internal movements, I am seeking an experienced team manager that will take responsibilities for the running of the largest European sales office. The role will be to motivate and lead a team of 23 sales professionals and ensure the smooth running of this very successful office which is based within the headoffice in Berkshire.
You will need to have had previous management experience running a team and have come from the electronics component arena, this maybe either a distributor or a manufacturer. Due to the demands of the role, you will need to be within a commuting distance to the office. Typically, the role would suit an individual that leads by example that provides energy to the team, though a strong character to provide direction.
