Working as part of a European marketing team focused on business development, the role is responsible for maximising the sales of the company's industry leading test and measurement products within the digital/mobile sector (GSM, 3G, UMTS, WCDMA, WLAN etc.) Working with and through sales & applications teams, customers and distributors, the BDM is respnsible for identifying and driving key opportunities across the region. Significant travel is required.
Ideal applicants will possess a sound technical background in digital radio technology - engineering, applications, support etc. In addition, they will have excellent customer and communication skills, perhaps already operating in a commercial role (sales, marketing applications) within the wireless industry. A willingness to travel, and ability to self motivate and motivate others is essential. The role covers the whole of Europe and will be home based. A good knowledge of English is essential if you are currently based in Europe.
