Our client is the Number One supplier to Trade - they have world-class customer service, excellent supply chain infrastructure and they excel in storage and distribution. In addition to their core mail order business, they have now developed a series of retail units (Trade Counters). They are currently looking for talented individuals to join their Bradford team, as either Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
This exciting role is a real opportunity for experienced individuals to lead an operational team to achieving business results through front-end delivery of world class customer service.
We need you to have the following:-
- Experience of running your own business unit or department, ideally within a retail environment.
- Proven team leadership skills in a retail environment.
- Stock management experience and strong PC skills.
- Demonstrable customer service skills, providing exceptionally efficient operations.
- A core focus on delivering excellent customer service in a high-tempo environment, and motivating your team to do so.
- Passion and enthusiasm for meeting and beating targets.
- Results oriented, with an attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- A talent for getting the best out of your team.
- Relevant product knowledge and experience or a start-up operation would be an advantage, but not essential.
