A leading retail organisation are now looking for a Graphic Studio Administrator. The candidate will assist in the allocation of artwork briefs to freelance graphics artist. Ensuring that sufficient resource is available dependant upon pr-agreed workloads. You will need to ensure work is completed according to the briefs and returned to the agreed timescales. The job holder will also be required to produce weekly graphic studio reports based upon information provided by the Freelancers and Retail Operations and any additional ad hoc reports that may be required. The Visual Communications Department works flexible hours and this will be required for the role. The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, good communication skills, A understanding of the print process (screen, litho and digital) would be good but not essential.
