To maximize sales through:
• Excellent and self – produced training sessions, resulting in knowledgeable staff.
• Use of brand/stock knowledge/ awareness
• Finding ‘extra curricular’ activity outside the shop (comes later with internal help)
• Assessing stock levels.
To promote the highest possible standards of service through:
• Regular structured and ‘on the job’ training with staff.
• First class visual merchandising.
• Floor management, with the emphasis on floor presence.
• A competent and first class store team, who will exel only through the highest levels of branch management.

The Manager will report to the Operations Manager, Stock Manager, Buyer, and Retail Consultant directly with issues relating to each of the above roles. The company removes the unnecessary tiers of management to enable quick and direct response to issues
