Our client is a leading name in the leisure industry, taking gaming into the 21st century and operating over 160 outlets nationally. They are constantly innovating and revitalising their business to meet the needs of a diverse customer base and are at the forefront of the changing landscape of adult gaming in the UK.
The company is currently in the midst of ambitious and rapid expansion and is consequently now seeking to recruit the following personnel to support their growth strategy:
Area Managers - North West of England (Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire)
Package: circa £20K to £23k + Car + Bonus + Benefits
This high profile role will be fundamental to driving the business forward, with responsibility for the overall success of a number of individual profit centres. To succeed in the role you will need to display:
* A proven ability to manage a multi site operation
* An absolute commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* The capability to influence, lead and motivate your team to maximise performance and achieve standards
* The ability to control budgets and exceed profit targets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The role is both fast paced and demanding within a highly competitive market place, therefore you must be assertive, flexible and highly self-motivated. Previous industry experience would be advantageous, however energy, drive, multi-site experience and a hands-on approach are vital.
