Our client is a leading name in the leisure industry, taking gaming into the 21st century and operating over 180 Venues nationally. They are constantly innovating and revitalising their estate to create an attractive, comfortable working atmosphere for customers and employees alike. They are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager in West London.
To deliver excellent standards and increase business performance, the company is always looking to recruit Duty Managers across the country.
As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for helping every aspect of the running of your Gaming Centre to include:
* Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
* Managing a team of staff
* All aspects of administration and site income reporting/cash collections
* Complying with Health and Safety and Security policies and legal requirements
A comprehensive training package is provided, however previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous. The company offers an excellent basic salary (enhanced by inner and outer city weighting where applicable), plus annual and periodic bonus schemes. Pension and healthcare benefits are included and relocation packages may also available for some positions.
