Candidates can be based anywhere within the North or South of the UK.
As Relief Manager you'll provide full Branch Management support as required to existing and new stores. On a short term basis you'll take on all the responsibilities of Branch management including :-
- Deliver the customer service proposition through effective team management
- Ensure the branch meets or exceeds sales targets
- Troubleshoot any existing or new problems in the branch
- Successfully manage all escalated customer issues
- Take responsibility for all in-store financial transactions
- Manage all on-site policy and procedural activities, maintain in-store operations within standard operating procedures
- Be responsible for on-site stock management
They're looking for talented managers who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering high standards of customer service, and exceeding sales targets, within a retail environment. You'll be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff across the business, and will be able to inspire and motivate in-store teams. In addition you will have a strong understanding of all operational requirements including P&L management, stock management within a high volume business, managing a team of staff and monitoring and adjusting performance as required. As a relief manager, you must be geographically flexible and able to work away from home at least 80% of the time. In addition, you must possess a full and valid drivers licence.
