Currently recruiting for: Area Manager - circa £15K to £20k + Car + Bonus + Benefits Location: Kent This high profile role is fundamental to driving the business forward, having responsibility for the overall success of a number of individual profit centres. To succeed you will need to display: - A proven ability to manage a multi site operation - An absolute commitment to providing outstanding customer service - The capability to influence, lead and motivate your team to maximise performance and achieve standards - The ability to control budgets and exceed profit targets - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The role is both fast paced and demanding within a highly competitive market place. Therefore you must be assertive, flexible and highly self-motivated. Trainee Managers £Excellent basic salary + benefits Locations: Brighton, Portsmouth, Reading, Birmingham, Folkestone, Maidstone, Orpington and Sunderland. To deliver excellent standards and increase business performance we are always looking to recruit Trainee Managers across the country. As a Quicksilver Manager you will be responsible for every aspect of running your Gaming Centre to include: - – establishing and maintaining customer relationships, – managing a team of staff, – all aspects of administration and site income reporting/cash collections – complying with Health and Safety and Security policies and legal requirements A comprehensive training package is provided however previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous. We offer an excellent basic salary, (enhanced by inner and outer city weighting where applicable), plus annual and periodic bonus schemes. Pension and healthcare benefits.
