Our client, are the leader in creating results oriented training and development programmes for the recruitment industry.
Due to company expansion, we are looking for an experienced trainer who has a strong training background within the recruitment industry to join the existing team. Day to day responsibilities will involve delivering training courses for both public and bespoke courses in Hampshire and Manchester. The ability to present to groups and interact with the delegates is essential, whilst also motivating and providing a style of training that ensures delegates are constantly learning.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years+ training experience and will have trained within the recruitment industry. Candidates who have experience of working operationally within the recruitment industry are an added bonus! Strong communication skills are essential coupled with the ability to motivate and influence delegates. A professional and charismatic approach is ideal. Candidates based in South West London, Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire would be ideal.
