Our client, a leading Blue Chip company based in Dunstable, is currently looking for a Senior HR professional for a part-time ( 3days per week ) to full time position. You are responsible to provide a comprehensive HR support and to ensure business needs are met by devising and implementing business focused, best practise HR solutions.You will contribute to the excellent performance of a customer focused organisationby supporting the regional and local management with organisational and competence development, resourcing, organisational design, performance management, attitude surveys and change management.
You are degree educated ( HR, business economics or relevant ) and have 5 to 7 years HR experience, including training and development.
There will be 2-3 times monthly travel to Europe. Additional European language is advantegous.
