REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER, MEDICAL
Covering Ilford/London region and Birmingham midlands region
Package Circa £50K plus bonus commission and benefits
Role:
· To manage all day to day operations of medical division with a budgeted annual T/O of approx. £15million.
· Medical division consists of Hospital Doctors, GPs, Theatre Staff and Specialist Nursing division.
· Position Reports directly to Managing Director therefore based at head office (Ilford)
· Requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership qualities
· Must have previous experience in Doctor recruitment sector– non negotiable
· Demonstrated track record of achievement
· Well developed Client relationship skills
· Will be required to travel to the Birmingham Office (1 a week, maybe less as this will depend on issues in the office at the time.)
