Call prospects with the goal of obtaining a qualified meeting for a sales consultant.
Identify the correct contact and get through to the decision maker.
Be able to listen to prospect needs and intelligently question prospect.
Demonstrate intelligence in comments and information provided based upon prospect needs.
Be able to talk intelligently about the business and our services.
Handle objections raised by the prospect (qualify, agree and outweigh).
Close prospect to best possible result - meeting, call back, more information.
Use the company's sales software effectively to record accurately all calls and contacts.
Send marketing literature to prospects based on templates but where relevant with well written additional copy thoroughly checked and using correct English.
Answer inbound calls politely and eloquently. Identify caller wishes and route or block the call appropriately.
Assist in general office duties as requested.
Always be an ambassador for the company and represent it in the best possible way whether or not at work.
Approach work with a high level of professionalism demonstrated in all aspects of appearance, attitude, approach to tasks and effort.
