Outstanding opportunity for two Training and Development Officers to join our Financial Services based client who are growing from strength to strength and are going through a rapid and structured expansion programme.
Duties will involve the Analysis of training needs for each department and the Design and Delivery of Learning and Development programmes / courses, utilising relevant training resources e.g. presentation slides, course material, workbooks, handouts, e-learning etc, etc. Ideal candidates will have experience designing training programmes, delivering to large and small groups including on a one to one basis, have excellent organisational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be full or part CIPD qualified or have a relevant training / teaching qualification.
