In the role of trainee recruitment consultant you will be responsible for developing your sales skills, identifying and developing your technical area and becoming confident in the recruitment process. You will manage your time and organise your day in order to maximise productivity. Tasks include Candidate care, Sales, Sales admin and Lead generation. You should be fluent in at least one European language, have a degree and some sales experience. You may be able to relocate to Amsterdam later
