Attenda is Europes leading specialist in operating enterprise and Internet applications. We enable clients to selectively outsource their IT operations and re-focus on using IT to add strategic value to their business. Through a commitment to operational excellence, we manage, secure and optimise the performance of their applications, irrespective of the physical location of the infrastructure, either in Attendas data centres or elsewhere. We currently have an opportunity for an Interim HR Advisor to join a small and busy HR department. This position will initially be for 3 months but could be extended or converted into a permanent role. Role: • Significant recruitment activity across multiple functions and levels – in a leading edge technology company • Writing job descriptions & adverts, generating a pipeline of candidates through direct and indirect sources • Dealing with candidates in a professional and proactive manner acting as the focal point through the recruitment process • First Interviewing and screening • Managing the selection process through to close and induction • Ensuring this progresses quickly and efficiently • General HR support • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures • Dealing with day to day ER issues • HR administration – online and paper based • Training and development – providing input and assistance to ensure training needs are identified and progressed • Working to ensure HR supports the business in achieving growth and performance targets Person: • Part qualified or qualified CIPD HR person with 3 – 5 years experience • Strong recruitment background (possibly agency background) – from within a IT/Telecomms/high tech environment • Skilled in providing general HR advice and support (training and development, ER, Performance management etc) • Able to manage situations proactively and independently • The ability to understand and grasp the business and commercial pressures quickly • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • The ability to operate in a rapidly growing and changing environment Package: Equivalent to £30,000 - £35,000 pa - Initial 3 month duration If interested in this position simply apply via the button shown.
