A leading CRM Consultancy firm is seeking a Fluent French Speaking Siebel Trainer for a short term Project. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year or more experience as a hands-on user or Trainer with Siebel enterprise applications software and have Dynamic presentation and instruction skills. At least 2 years of stand-up instructor-led training delivery experience is required. Direct experience as a customer representative or similar role in a call centre or customer service operation prior to becoming a trainer would be a real bonus. FLUENCY IN FRENCH IS ESSENTIAL.
