Lead Recruiter/Recruitment Manager: Big 4 Consultancy - Saudi Arabia

Our client is a truly Global Consultancy.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
Acting as a partner to business leaders and hiring managers you will be
responsible for establishing credibility as their recruitment expert, work
to understand their business and plan their recruitment needs.
You will be expected to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects,
driving these to successful completion.
Candidate skills required
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of recruitment
experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency with a
consulting focus.
You must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities including experience of
managing small teams.
It would extremely advantageous to have a solid understanding of the
consulting sector and candidate marketplace (i.e. tangible experience of
working with global corporate organisations).
Local Country knowledge and language would also be preferable but not
essential.
