Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – North London

Remuneration:
My client will pay a total package of up to £36,000 per annum
This will consist of a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus a benefits package which will include:
• A prestigious company car or a generous car allowance

The job:
The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager in all Company Commercial activities which includes Direct Contracts, Sub-Contracts Framework Agreements.
As the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will have the full support of the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Commercial Manager. They have in place a training programme designed to help you get to the next level in your career and start building and managing your own team
Requirements:
• Professional Memberships are advantageous
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject (HND is a minimum)
• 4 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
• Contractor and Civils background
