Key Competencies: a) Technical
- Basic knowledge of methods of measurement and valuation
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques
- Basic knowledge of contract forms (both Main and Sub-Contract)
- Basic computer skills
- Awareness of current legislation relating to construction industry
- Awareness and understanding of Company systems and procedures
b) Managerial
- Ability to communicate with fellow Staff, Sub-Contractors and Clients
- Awareness of the functions, duties and responsibilities of other members of the construction team, both in-house and on the Client’s team
