Project QS - Construction – Lincoln

Our client is a Lincolnshire based contracting group, with extensive experience in the construction industry, specialising in projects between £4m and £7m in value.
The annual turnover for the division is £45 million per annum, and increasing year on year.
As a result of this growth they are now looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated quantity surveyor with good all round experience in Construction.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who want to grow with the company; they are looking for people who are interested in the opportunities for promotion that are available with this rapidly growing company.
Role
You would be working using your own commercial initiative when dealing with Clients and Sub-Contractors and generally reporting to the Commercial Manager.
The projects you will work on will be in the; Education, Commercial, Industrial, Health, Student Accommodation, Retail and Leisure sectors.
The role is predominantly office based working on up to 3 projects at a time, though site visits will be necessary from time to time.
Skills
The successful candidate will have particular experience working on Design
