Based in the York office the successful candidate will be responsible for the Commercial aspects of the appointed divisional area, together with determination of the divisional strategy as part of the Senior Management Team and compliance with business policies and procedures, the successful candidate will ideally have: Chartered Surveyor. Educated to degree level. 10 years managerial experience of operating within the construction industry. Member of the relevant Professional Institution/ Body.
