Quantity Surveyor - Heavy Civils – East Yorkshire

The Client:
My clients are highly respected architectural, construction and mechanical and engineering contractors with over twenty years of experience in the UK and international markets. My clients take care of the construction and capital asset investment process from start to finish, and are industry leaders in their field, they recorded yearly profits of over £100m in 2004 and expect to increase this by 7% year on year.
They currently have 2 heavy civils projects in the East Yorkshire area, one valued at £5m and the other at £10m. The work will require remediation, infrastructure and the building of foundations. All work will be conducted using the NEC and EEC contract forms.
Required Skills:
•Civils experience is essential, some construction experience would be beneficial
•3-5 years commercial Quantity Surveying experience
•NEC and EEC experience
•Proactive and lateral thinking individual
