ÂOVERALL PURPOSE âWork as part of the commercial team to ensure Provision of a professional Quantity Surveying service within the Division. ÂPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES OR MAIN TASKS: - â1.Provide information to measure the financial and physical performance of projects against targets. 2.Ensure best utilisation of resources to maximise profitability of projects/contracts. 3.Provide relevant information for preparation of reports/claims to agreed timescales. 4.Assist in preparation of estimates for bids less than £100k. ÂPERFORMANCE CRITERIA: - âAs part of the project/contract team, ensure income and margin targets are achieved. Ensure timeous cash collection to laid down procedures. ÂPERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS: - 1.
