This national multi discipline practice require a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Leeds based team.
You must have a minimum of 1-5 years PQE and experience of commercial building surveying including; pre acquisition surveys and dilapidations as well as good project management skills.
You will be working on some interesting and prestigious projects with a range of blue chip companies including well know investment companies, retail clients and property portfolio's.
My client will offer a very competitive salary package as well as an excellent opportunity to progress into a more senior role within a short space of time.
