ÂJob Summaryâ Client Rail civil engineering leads the industry in design development and management of total rail infrastructure systems. Client Rail undertakes civil engineering consultancy and design on Network Rail, London Underground and light rail networks. We undertake projects from feasibility through to detailed design and construction management. Our engineers are skilled in the design of permanent way (trackform and alignment), bridges and tunnels, passenger stations, freight terminals, maintenance and support facilities, and embankments and cuttings. Ô ÂResponsibiltiesâ You will prepare CAD drawings for civil/structural engineer for various structures including bridges, buildings and stations etc. Assist in the development and training of junior personnel ÂRequirements â ·ÔBTEC (Civil Engineering) with five years experience minimum ·ÔFully conversant in Microstation (to V8) / Autocad 2004 ·ÔFrom a Civil/Structural Engineering background Rail experience, preferable ·ÔExperience of Bridge Detailing and Site plan preparation ·ÔExperience in the preparation of Reinforcing drawings and schedules ·ÔExperience in the preparation of structural steel drawings Ô ÂTrainingâ Client develops individuals through a portfolio of in-house and external training and development courses designed to help you make the best of your abilities and talents.
