Leap29s client - A leading provider of term maintenance and related services specialising in highway maintenance, street lighting, off track rail maintenance and civil engineering, working predominantly for the Highways Agency and Local Authorities are looking to take on board an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for projects ranging in value from £50,000 - £5 million, candidates with experience in projects of this value would be preferable.
Current projects include Roads, Carparks and Drainage working with the likes of HBG,ASDA and Midlands Councils.
Successful candidates will have 4/5 years experience in the Highways or related Sectors, they will be Degree Qualified and capable of looking after 2/3 contracts at any one time.
This role in the main will be office based in Birmingham, with some site visits involved.
Salary will be extremely competitive and dependant upon experience of the candidate.
This is an excellent role that will provide opportunities for career development for candidates who wish to develop as a Quantity surveyor and progress through to Senior Level within a leading UK provider of Highway related services.
