Job SummaryÔ ‘Hands on’ and flexible technical role to provide a specialist and comprehensive quality, health, safety and environmental advisory service support to Clients Projects.Ô ObjectivesÔ·Ô Liaise with Rail QSE team to provide assurance that the quality, health, safety and environmental audit service to all Rail projects and business processes applicable to Rail Engineering Projects are compliant ·Ô Monitor, audit and report on Rail projects and its contractors’ QSE performance ·Ô Identify initiatives on health, safety and environmental strategy that contribute towards continual improvement. Set objectives and plan activities and resources to implement initiatives and review their performance ·Ô Manage the Project QSE teams with professional integrity at all times to achieve satisfactory control, monitoring and implementation of QSE policies and procedures to meet legislative and contractual requirements for Clients Project works ·Ô Support the Director QSE in the identification of changes to legislation and standards and the development of new procedures to support the QSE advancement and to meet the objectives of clientÔ Develop contacts with other organisations in the Railway Group to promote best practice in QSE initiatives of the business in accordance with strategic development.
