ÂThe Role:â To lead the OSHE activities across the programme by developing and supporting the OSHE management strategy and project specific OSHE management plans in close liaison with the PPP Director and Project managers. ÂKey responsibilities:â ·ÔDevelop and maintain Health and Safety and Environment plans. ·ÔProvide Health and Safety and Environmental input at project meetings ·ÔPerform audits and monitor Health and Safety and Environment management practices on project against ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and objectives and targets. ·ÔProvide advice and guidance on good Health and Safety and Environment management practice to the Department. ·ÔLiaise with internal departments, sub-contractors and customers on Health and Safety and Environment matters. ·ÔCarrying out investigations into non-compliances to find root causes and to recommend the most effective corrective actions. ·ÔCarrying out investigations into accidents and incidents to find root causes and recommend the most effective corrective actions ·ÔProvide input to and attend project progress meetings with the customer ·ÔAct as a guide during customer project audits ·ÔLiaising with the Head of OSHE on all aspects of HS
