<b>Job Description</b> <br><p>A great opportunity for a Control Centre Manager to join this dynamic and rapidly growing part of Atkins based in Worcester. The Atkins control centre is an exciting new development providing our customers with a state of the art operational control centre, located in Worcestershire. Safety is of paramount importance across all the business and the control centre is the catalyst for our on site risk management control.</p><p>The quality of our service delivery is measured from service level agreements that have to be undertaken in accordance with documented polices and procedures and are developed in partnership with all our clients.</p><p>The control centre is expanding and we are looking to employ 20 people working a 24/7 shift pattern which will provide the required level of service to our employees and our clients across the road and rail networks of the UK.</p><br><br><b>Experience Requirements</b> <br><ul><li>Implement an operational stratagy based on a control/call centre model<li>Develop and implement a customer service strategy. <li>Recruit build and develop a team. <li>Deveop and impliment an effective computer based management report system<li>Demonstrate an effective understanding of operational health and safety <li>Prepare and implement a business plan incorporating both financial and service performance indicators. <li>Responsible for the management of real time, response handling and problem solving.</li></ul><br><br><b>Personal Skills </b> <br><p>Demonstrate effective behaviour of:</p><ul><li>Customer Service <li>Coaching and mentoring <li>Communication <li>Time management and delegation <li>Decision making <li>Problem solving <li>influencing <li>Negotiation</li></ul><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b> <br><ul><li>Achieve business plan objectives. <li>Ensure all controls and procedures are followed. <li>Information is cascaded effectively to both team members and clients. <li>Maximise performance of team to require <li>Develop and maintain control centre operations to achieve business plans. <li>Develop effective manning of the control centre </li></ul><br><br>
