Senior Quantity Surveyor – PFI/Bristol
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to be based in their Bristol office.
Established for over 120 years, my client is an international consultancy who provides advice to clients around the globe on the use, modification, repair and construction of built assets of every kind, from sea-bed pipelines to the world’s tallest buildings.
Due to continual growth, they currently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bristol.
The Role
The successful individual will be based on a PFI, education project. There are a number of new schools being built around the Bristol city area.
It is essential that the individual has a good level of literacy as reports have to be written for banks and senior clients.
The individual will have to be able to express points clearly and concisely as the role will involve speaking to major clients in the industry.
Individuals must have appropriate experience and commercial involvement with a QS practise
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an appetite for a highly respected multi-disciplinary organisation.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years pure Quantity Surveying experience with consultancy experience.
• Be degree qualified or equivalent
• RICS qualified from a consulting background
Remuneration levels are set to attract the very best candidates. Salary levels are set up to £35,000 dependant on experience and ability plus an industry leading benefits package.
