KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Undertake a full range of procurement activities including obtaining supplier prices,tendering
negotiation and purchase order placement.
2.Ensure the timely delivery of procurement activities to meet the requirements of the Area's annual and quarterly work plans.
3.Procure supplies and services.
4.Ensure appropriate data entry into the Company's financial control systems and carry out accurate and timely input to procurement systems.
5.Assist in the tender evaluation process.
6.Prepare tender evaluation reports. for
7.Prepare contract documentation for goods and services as necessary including all agreed terms and conditions and post tender amendments.
8.Maintain filing of requisitions for audit purposes.
9.Validate goods received notices [GRNs].Liaise with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
10.Carry out manual approval process to validate requisitions on system and forward reports to BMIS relevant buyer.
