Planning Engineer - Swindon ref 16199DT Our client, a consulting engineering company, urgently requires a Planner that is familiar with Primavera P3 and has extensive railway knowledge. Experience of all disciplines is preferred, but a specific focus on Signalling would really make the ideal candidate stand out. The role will involve structuring and implementing appropriate planning techniques to control major projects and analyse progress both in terms of time and cost, earned value etc - along with project resource planning and resource management. All applicants should have a good understanding of Network Rail Project Development and Project Control Procedures including Railways Investment Procedures (GRIP).
