My prestigious Consultancy Client are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist in the preparation of final accounts for audit within their property division. The main duties of the role would include measuring and valuing variations and preparing final payment certificates and final account statements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience with either a contractor or private practice. You will also have commecial awareness and be conversant with all pre and post contract Quantity Surveying Procedures.
