Our client is a premier Construction Company, which is known worldwide. Due to continued increases in workload, they now seek an experienced Planner with construction sector experience to work for them on probably the most prestigious project currently being undertaken in Europe, the construction of Heathrow Terminal Five.
The development of Heathrow Terminal Five is one of the largest construction projects in Europe, with many challenges, and multi-million pound projects of differing values.
Our client is seeking an experienced Planner who has been planning for at least 3 years. An understanding of construction design and build, and has an understanding of ground up major building projects would be an advantage.
Essential skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project planning (upwards of 3 years) and ideally have an understanding of construction processes, ideally on large building projects.
Fit-out experience would be advantageous
Proficient with Primavera 3 and MS Project software is essential.
Remuneration
You can expect a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus a very generous (premium) benefits package, that befits a major blue chip company.
