A large civil and building construction business is expanding there territory due increasing workload on a 5 year civil construction framework in the rail sector and they will be looking to recruit a <strong>Senior Quantity Surveyor</strong> to work at their <strong>Crawley</strong> office.
Responsible for a team of Quantity Surveyors working on a project with a turnover of £30M, you will be working on various civils works from station embankment stabilization to tunnels.
<strong>You will need to have at least 5 years UK experience in quantity surveying on a senior level, rail experience is not essential however a contracting background is a must. A valid PTS card will also be highly desirable although not essential as you will attain one once you start.</strong>
In return my client will be offering a highly competitive salary plus benefits including a company car/ allowance, health care, pension scheme and company bonus based on performance.
